HARMONY MAP

How it works

Chords are nodes; arrows are how harmony moves. Follow the arrows to build progressions that sound good.

Arrow colours: red = resolution (play in this direction), blue = reversible, dotted gold = relative, green = parallel key, dashed red = secondary dominant.

    Demo songs

    Map edits: Track A

Tap a chord to add it to the selected track. Switch mode to recolour the whole map with a new feeling (same theory). Turn on secondary dominants and borrowed chords for extra colour.

    Keyboard

Green keys are the notes of the key/mode. Red keys are the selected chord's tones. Tap keys to try a melody.

    Editing

Chips: tap the beats badge to hold a chord longer. Grid: pick a chord on the map, then paint exactly which beats it plays on.

    SESSIO

One session shares key, mode and tempo, so everything fits. Each scene (verse, chorus, ...) has its own four tracks; play the scene as a loop, then arrange scenes into a song below.

    100 BPM

    Arrange (song)

Order your scenes into a song that plays through once (or on repeat). Set how many times each scene repeats.

    Save this song

Keep whole songs (all scenes, tracks, drums, tempo) in your AIMEAT account and reopen them anytime.

    Ask your own AI

Two ways to work with AI on your song.

    1. Copy to any AI chat (free, no sign-in)

Build a prompt carrying your whole song as JSON. Paste it into any AI chat (ChatGPT, Claude, ...), tell it what to change or to write a whole song, then paste its JSON reply back below and apply.

Paste the AI's JSON reply here to update your song:

    Share & export

Copy a share link (the whole song travels inside the link, no sign-in needed), copy the chords as text, or download a MIDI file of the current scene.
